Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours. Please note that we try to schedule appointments to minimize patients missing work or school.

Office Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday & Friday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

Insurance

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

Sterilization

Sterilization is so important to us that we employ a full-time sterilization technician. Our office exceeds OSHA sterilization guidelines and all sterilizers are regularly and independently monitored to ensure proper operation.

Our office never has and never will use recycled braces.

Emergencies

We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible.

Should you have an emergency after hours or on the weekends, please call the office to contact the staff member who is on call.
